• Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment Policy & Confirmation

• We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
• For services or product orders, your booking or order is only confirmed after payment is received and verified.
• Bank transfer payments must be confirmed by sending proof of payment via WhatsApp, email, or in person.
• Cash payments at the salon confirm your booking immediately.
• Full payment is required for product purchases at the time of sale.
• For certain premium services or packages, deposits may be required to secure bookings.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

Fashion Products & Accessories:

• You can return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with the receipt.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

Beauty Products:

• Sealed products can only be returned if defective.
• Opened or used products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
